The Bedford Estates Homeowners Association is completely transparent about how dues monies are used in the upkeep of the common areas of our neighborhood, special events that help promote goodwill among our residents, legal fees and administrative costs.  All residents are welcome to participate in yearly meetings and all property owners are given the opportunity to vote on items that impact them.  

As a resident of Bedford Estates, you have access through this website to all legal and financial documents currently in force as well as the minutes of all Board and resident meetings.  You will, however, need to sign in using the email you supplied during the Dues campaign and a password of your choosing.
