Bedford Estates, like most HOAs, has an Architectural Review Committee that is elected by our property owners and is charged with reviewing applications for all external modifications to your home.  This includes roofing, fencing, sheds, additions etc.  The homeowner request form is accessible here:  ARC Homeowner Request Form.pdf.

If you have the capability, please download and complete it and then scan it to the HOA President, Jim Griffin at Jim.Griffin32@gmail.com, or text him at 817-456-7862 for assistance.  Your request, including any diagrams, will be forwarded to the Committee and they will contact you or your contractor with any questions.

Please allow 7-10 days for this process as several of the Committee members have full-time jobs.  Upon completion, a Board Officer will notify you via phone and/or text.
