ASSOCIATION FEES
Your association fees help maintain the desirability and property values of Bedford Estates. Compared to surrounding neighborhoods of comparably-priced homes, our Association Fees of $100/year are very reasonable. If you are new to our neighborhood or missed the deadline for the annual campaign, you can pay now through this website using Visa, Mastercard or Discover. You will need to sign on using your current email address and select a password. Then click on the Pay Your ASSOCIATION FEES button on the HOME page. Other options available as mentioned below.
2024 Association Fees
Our Association is staffed entirely by neighborhood volunteers. Your annual $100 fees are used for beautification, maintenance/repairs and activities for our neighborhood, with a portion placed in reserve for future large projects.
We rely on each of you to help us reach 100% participation!
