Your association fees help maintain the desirability and property values of Bedford Estates.  Compared to surrounding neighborhoods of comparably-priced homes, our Association Fees of $150/year are very reasonable. Our Association is staffed entirely by neighborhood volunteers. Your annual fees are used for beautification, maintenance/repairs and activities for our neighborhood, with a portion placed in reserve for future large projects.
